MCALISTER’S DELI CELEBRATES NATIONAL ICED TEA MONTH WITH 9TH ANNUAL FREE TEA DAY AND GIVEAWAYS

McAlister's Deli® is thanking guests on Thursday, June 29 with its 9th Annual Free Tea Day. McAlister’s locations across the country are treating guests to a FREE 32-ounce glass of McAlister's Famous Tea. Guests can choose between iced sweet or unsweet black or green tea. McAlister’s tea is a labor of love, steeped with Rainforest Alliance Certified™ premium tea leaves and served with its famous red straw.
 
"Free Tea Day is our favorite day of the year," said Peak Restaurants’ Owner, Chris Smith. Co-Owner Jeff Shawl said, "It’s a chance for us to thank our loyal guests and celebrate our Famous Tea. It’s something our teams look forward to every year."
 
Adding to the day’s festivities, the first 20 adults and 20 kids in line at the restaurant on June 29 will not only receive a free glass of tea, but will also receive a limited edition Free Tea Day t-shirt. To continue National Iced Tea Month celebrations, McAlister’s is selling collectable, reusable tea tumblers. For the first time, tumblers will be 32 ounces to match in-restaurant tea glasses—perfectly sized to quench any tea craving. Tumblers are available at participating McAlister’s restaurants for $9.99, with 99-cent refills for the life of the cup.
