Knoxville, TN. (August 30, 2018) — As a part of its commitment to genuine hospitality, McAlister's Deli has introduced a new 5-Star Hospitality internal reward system. McAlister’s defines hospitality as (1) the friendly reception and treatment of guests or strangers, and (2) the quality or disposition of receiving and treating guests and strangers in a warm, friendly, and generous way.
In August, Peak Restaurants met with Chad Jackson, Sr. Manager of Franchise Operations at McAlister’s, for a 5-Star Hospitality Workshop in Knoxville. During the workshop, the goal of 5-Star Hospitality was outlined:
